ARES Return Policy

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from ARES official website (https://www.aresbag.co) are eligible for this return policy.
  • If you purchased a product from our website (www.aresbag.co) and are not happy with it, you may return it within 14 days upon receiving of your purchase for a full refund*. If you have a defective or broken product, please contact our customer service via: info@aresbag.co. Our team will get back to you within 1-3 business day.
  • All returns must be unused and received in its new & original condition (including tags and original packaging).
  • All refunds will be credited to the original payer in its original form of payment.
  • Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive the items back.
  • For ARES products purchased through other channels (online or offline retailers), please contact the respective channel to obtain their return/ refund policy.

*Original Shipping Costs will not be refund and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
